What shipping methods are available?
We ship all our packages through USPS or UPS to give you the best rate possible. We provide a tracking number to make sure you know when you’re getting your stuff.
How long will it take till I get my package?
For domestic US orders Standard Shipping takes 2-8 business days (varies on location) for your order to arrive. We also offer Express Shipping, which delivers your order in 2-3 business days (orders must be received before 12 nn PST). Please check the rates tab for Express Shipping costs.
We process your order within 1-2 business days and then ship it through USPS or UPS. Orders placed Friday after 3 pm PST will not be processed until Monday morning. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, and processing may take up to 48 hours. We will be in touch with you if this occurs. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Back Beat Rags cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.

Yes we do ship to countries outside the US.
For all Canada Orders

For Other International Orders

- Free Worldwide shipping on orders over $250

*All orders outside of the US may be subject to duties and taxes billed by destination country’s customs department. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges for custom clearance. By placing an international order with us, you are consenting to pay the duties and taxes mandated by your country.
Can I return an item? How?
Yes you can! We understand that shopping online can be tricky so we want the process to be easy for you.
US Domestic Orders:
We are happy to accept domestic returns on any full-price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. To start your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will then email you a return label once we verify that your item is eligible.
NOTE ON SALE ITEMS: Sale Items purchased with a discount code aside from our first time order code are considered as FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges on regular priced items are FREE (no additional shipping charge) Just email us to process your return/exchange.
Canada and International Orders
We accept returns on merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Sale, discounted, or special orders are marked as FINAL SALE. Therefore, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please note that due to high international shipping rates, we do not offer free returns for all orders outside the United States. International orders are responsible for the return shipping fee.
We also do not offer exchanges for international orders at the moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
To return an item:
- Please make sure you that your returns meet all criteria above
- Send us an email at email@example.com to notify us of the return and if you have any questions.
- Securely package your items in the original packaging if you can (save the trees!) or you can use any packaging your local post office offers.
- Please send the return package to us using the label we have provided.
- Once we receive the items we will notify you if they meet the criteria and start the refund or exchange process. If your returns do not meet the criteria, you will be contacted and your items will be returned to you immediately. We have the right to refuse returns and exchanges if any of the items show any signs of use, misuse, alterations, or damages that have not been reported immediately. Refunds and Processing times
We will notify you once your package gets back to us. Once we have verified the eligibility of items for return your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction after they have received information from us. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
